Though Gary may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Gary touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his brother Cedric Wheeler. He is survived by: his children, Tanya Wheeler and Kyle Wheeler; his grandchildren, Hunter Running and Gabrielle Russell; and his brothers, Allen Wheeler (Marie) and David Wheeler (Helen). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
As expressions of sympathy donations made to the UHKF Cancer Centre would be appreciated by the family.
