He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Bell and Beulah Bell (Gray); and his sister Audrey Gilbert. He is survived by: his husband Emily Bell (Herman); his children, Whitney Kilgore (James) and Trever Bell; his grandchildren, Lindsey Kilgore and Connor Kilgore; and his sibling Alvin Bell (Jackie).
Memorial donations can be made to the Rotary Club of Gananoque and would be appreciated by the family in lieu of flowers.
