In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry John's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May John's journey be filled with peace and serenity, and may he find rest in the embrace of eternity.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Delaney and Isobella Delaney; and his siblings, Fred Delaney Jr., Corleen and Anna Delaney.

He is survived by: his sisters, Dianne Delaney and Mary Delaney; and his siblings' children, Peter, Megan, Brad, William and Kenny.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Tompkins Funeral Home (63 Garden St, Gananoque, ON K7G2T8). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John the Evangelist Church (270 Stone St S, Gananoque, ON K7G2A1).
