He is survived by: his wife Therese Van Es; his children, Jessica Kinney (Pete), Jacob Miller (Sarah), Andrew Miller (Chantal) and Cody Miller (Kate); his grandchildren, Cora, Azalea, Juliette, Gwen and Cliff; his siblings, Carolyn Amlin (Larry), Robert Miller (Holly) and Susan Mason (Tim); and his former spouse Lee Miller.
