She is survived by: her significant other Chadwick Bollen (Chad); her children, Julia Morton (Adam), Joshua Rajewski (Peyton), Cole Bollen and Brianna Bollen; her grandchildren, Xander, Carter Morton and Aria Rajewski; her parents, Brian Twofoot and Christine Twofoot; her brothers, James (Autumn) and Jeffery (Amy); and her nieces and nephews, Preston, Brianna, Riley and Emma. She is also survived by her family and many friends.
