He is survived by : his wife Sharon; his children, Shona Slade (Geoff) and Angela Cockerham (Sean); his grandchildren, Erin (Dishone), Noah (Chelsea) and Elizabeth; his great grandchild Raeden; and his nieces and nephews, Sheryl, Michael and Jamie.
