Lynn Babcock wrote a sympathy message

“I am sadden by the news of Christine's passing. As one of her former students from Gracedale Public School in North York I have many fond memories of Christine and my time in grade six. She was a devoted teacher, taking a sincere and keen interest in her student as proven by keeping in touch with many after moving to the UK upon her marriage in 1972. Lynn Nelson”

Carolyn & Mike Florio wrote a sympathy message

“Chris was a compassionate person who reached out to others in times of need and had the ability to listen intuitively. When I was very ill, her gentle words comforted me. She prayed for my full recovery which eventually occurred. Chris was reflective, but she also enjoyed spirited discussions! We shared some interesting conversations about religion. We will remember her with fondness and admire her strength and deep faith. Safe travels, Chris, on your way to an "everlasting" sunny destination!”
