He was predeceased by : his father Andrew. He is survived by : his wife Lisa; his children, Curtis and Lauren; his mother June; and his nephews, Paige, Nick, David (Audrey), Taylor, Jackson (Jenna), Madison, Ainsley and Carson. He is also survived by his many friends at work, his lifelong friends.
