She was predeceased by: her husband John Francis Meyer; her daughter Nancy; and her siblings, Jan, Ada and Marianne.
She is survived by: her daughters, Alice (Derek) and Linda (Merv); her grandchildren, Michelle, Mark, Andrew, Leah-Marie and Sara; and her great grandchildren, Morgan, Victoria, Jeffrey and Jude.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, April 26th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Jones Funeral Home (11582 Trafalgar Rd, Georgetown, ON L7G4Y5).
In lieu of flowers Lia would have encouraged you to buy yourself a bouquet of tulips, her favourite flower.
