She was predeceased by: her parents, Jozef Worwa and Maria Worwa; and her husband Krystian Cieplucha. She is survived by: her son Janusz Cieplucha (Lisa); her granddaughters, Sophia, Tessa of Georgetown, Krystian Cieplucha (Michelle), Cordelia and Camilla of Newport Beach, California.; and her siblings, Bronka Pleva and Edek Worwa.
