It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Denise Shewell (Georgetown, Ontario), who passed away on October 14, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Denise Shewell to pay them a last tribute.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Anna O'Donnell and Pat O'Donnell; her husband Rob; her children, Alec and Ryan; her siblings, Lynne O'Donnell and Kyle O'Donnell; her siblings' children, Callum, Allie O'Donnell, Michael and Amanda Durdevic; her siblings-in-law, Andrea O'Donnell, Dave and Cathy Durdevic; and her parents-in-law, Ken and Jean Shewell.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jones Funeral Home (11582 Trafalgar Rd, Georgetown, ON L7G4Y5). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Denise's memory may be made to SickKids Foundation, a cause close to her heart.
