We are sad to announce that on June 19, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Ernie Dawson (Georgetown, Ontario). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joan; his children, Kathy Docker (Alex), Greg (Shirley) and Christine Bessette (Derek); his grandchildren, Colin, Ryan, Abigail, Alexis, Georgia, Skye and Sam; and his brother-in-law Ken Houldsworth (Merydie).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jones Funeral Home (11582 Trafalgar Rd, Georgetown, ON L7G4Y5). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions to the Georgetown Hospital Foundation or the St. Alban's Anglican Church, Glen Williams would be appreciated. The family has chosen to send donations to Georgetown Hospital Foundation Donate Now (https://georgetownhospitalfoundation.ca).
