He was predeceased by: his brothers, Joseph, Steve and Mike. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Kosziwka; his children, Theresa Cosway (Greg), Diane Anderson (Thomas) and Ken Kosziwka (Stephanie); and his siblings, Mary, Pauline and Henry.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Skwarchuk Funeral Home (30 Simcoe Rd, Bradford West Gwillimbury, ON L3Z2A9). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In Fred's memory, donations may be made to Diabetes Canada or Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario.
