Ove Svend Andersen Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ove Svend Andersen (Georgetown, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 5, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Ove Svend is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Ove Svend's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his wife Jacqeline; his sister-in-law Helen Steeves; and his mother-in-law Joyce Gaudreau. He is survived by: his child Henrik Koch (Sanne); his grandchildren, Ulrikke, Nikolaj and Johanne; his brother-in-law Daniel Gaudreau (Josiane); and also Quebec.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St Andrews United Church (89 Mountainview Rd S, Georgetown, ON L7G4T9).
In lieu of flowers, contributions to Cancer Assistance Services of Halton Hills would be appreciated.
