She was predeceased by: her father Lenny Smith; her uncle Jonathan Toset; and her grandmother Linda. She is survived by: her mother Fawn Toset; her siblings, Owen, Scott, Brayden, Summer, Kaius Smith, Chris Moore (Krista) and Carrie Rempel; her grandparents, Donna Smith and Dave Williams; and her aunts, Tammy Moonias (Chris), Andrea Smith, Lindsay and Ashley Toset.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Westfort Chapel (420 Gore St W, Thunder Bay, ON P7E6J2). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A reception will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
