He was predeceased by: his son Ronald Lloyd Dancey; his parents, Ruby Dancey and Oliver Selby Black; and his stepfather Lloyd Dancey. He is survived by: his daughter Janet Syndrome; his spouse Carolyn (Morrison); his children, David Dancey (Kim Smith) of Whitby and Jack Dancey (Daria) of Courtice; his daughter-in-law Cathy Dancey of Ajax; his grandchildren, Darren, Ricky, Michael and Robert; his siblings, Gordon (Jennifer) of Belleville, Terry (Heidi) of Mission Viego, California, Lois Elaine Porisky of Stettler and Cathie Morrison of New Hamburg; Myelodysplastic Syndrome.
