She was predeceased by : her parents, David Karels and Anna Karels. She is survived by : her husband Karl Vinke; her children, Stephanie Vinke (Jhonny), Andrea Vinke (Rouhan) and Derek Vinke (Jeannine); her grandchildren, Maya, Max Coutinho, Teagan, Dexton, Nyla Vinke, Sebastian and Tadeo Torrico; her siblings, Cobie Bere (Dave) and Jack Karels (Lyn); and her siblings-in-law, Johan Vinke (Becca), Rena McNaughton and David Vinke. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
