Donald Durfy Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Donald Durfy of Glencoe, Ontario, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 11, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Donald farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Donald is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his wife Ella C. Durfy (Kulich); and his parents, George Durfy and Fannie Durfy. He is survived by: his sisters, Barbara McGregor (Robert) of London, Mary Ann Miller (Harold) of Wardsville and Carol Lynne Southon (Richard) of New Brunswick. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Van Heck Funeral Home (172 Symes St, Glencoe, ON N0L1M0). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Canadian Cancer Society or Four Counties Health Services Foundation.
