He was predeceased by : his parents, Alois and Amalia. He is survived by : his wife Andrea; his siblings, Alois Jachs (Ingrid) and Sieglinde Bruckler (Franz); his brothers-in-law, Johann Eschlboeck (Petra), Heinrich Eschlboeck and Albert Eschlboeck (Darlene); and his pet Tyson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
