He was predeceased by: his parents, William Campbell and Margaret Campbell; his sister Florence Smith (Roy); his brother-in-law Doug Westgate; and his mother-in-law Lottie (Charlotte) Westgate (Ogilvie).

He is survived by: his spouse Shirley; his nieces and nephews, John Smith (Brenda), Susan MacDougall (Bob), Kim (Craig), Rick (Stacey), Johnny (Missy) and Angela (Michael); his sister-in-law Kathryn Westgate; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Regan (Angela), Jordan, Joe (Morgan), Brandyn (Nichole), Dustin (Mae), Troy (Melanie), Brendan, Caeli (Dan), Dylan, Connor, Hayden, Ramsey, Michael, Laura (Nick), Carter, William and Charlotte.

Memorial donations may be made to the Shiloh Inwood United Church or St. Joseph's Hospice, Sarnia.
