She was predeceased by: her husband Laverne Daley; her brothers, Max Windsor, Fred Windsor, Carl Windsor and Jim Windsor; and her parents, Wilfred Windsor and Annie Mae Windsor.

She is survived by: her children, Darlene, Karen, Tom (Elaine) and Brenda; her grandchildren, Tammy, Tiffany, Kelly, Tamara, Jordan, Hayden, Graham, Preston and Aliyah; and her sister Linda McAdams.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Donna's memory may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Huron Perth, and the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
