He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Cooke and Leonora Cooke; and his brother Allen Cooke. He is survived by: his partner Taryn; his daughter Jennifer Van Massenhoven (Ron); his grandchildren, Mason and Hailey Wain; and his siblings, Sandra Curran, Shelly Keys (Dave) and Susan Leishman. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
