Though Douglas may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Douglas touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He was predeceased by: his wife Sheila Squire (Murduff). He is survived by: his parents, Howard Squire and Dorothy Squire; his brother Donald Squire; his nephew John Squire; his brother Gary Squire (Rose) of London; his sister-in-law Dorothy Squire of Goderich; his niece Debbie Doherty (Dean) of Southampton; and his nephews, Wayne Squire, Jeff Squire (Erica) of Goderich and Robert Hall of Burbank, California.. He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews as well as a great-great nephew and a great-great niece.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Parkinson Society of Southwestern Ontario or to Faith Lutheran Church in Port Elgin would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
