He was predeceased by: his brother Martin; and his parents, Geert Oldengarm and Jantina Oldengarm. He is survived by: his wife Jane; and his daughters, Elisabeth Palmer (Tim) of Goderich, Joanne Housser (David) of Thornloe, Henrietta Stuart (Greg) of Goderich, Geraldine Winger (Jim) of Listowel and Frances Winger (John) of Palmerston. He is also survived by 9 grandsons, 9 granddaughters and 40 great-grandchildren.
