He was predeceased by: his parents, Herb Glousher and Mae Glousher; his in-laws, John and May Snyder; his siblings, Robert Glousher (Joyce), Jean Good (Kieth), Donald Glousher, Kenneth Glousher and Coby; and his brother-in-law Al Grummett.

He is survived by: his wife Jane (Snyder); his children, David Glousher (Susan), Doug Glousher and Sharon Thompson (Patrick); his grandchildren, Jillian Glousher, Jeffery Glousher (Mary Frances), Evan Thompson, Heather Thompson, Amanda Maciesza (Lucas), Amy Thompson and Calene Noble (Michael); and his siblings-in-law, Anne Glousher, Rudy Snyder and Ron Snyder. He is also survived by his five great-grandchildren.

“I had only know Jim since before the summer this year. I was fortunate to be able to drive Jim most Mondays from his home in Auburn to day care in Goderich and then take him home in the afternoon. Jim was always happy whenever I saw him and we had some great conversations. Often in the summer we would stop at the ice cream shop near the airport and have a picnic bowl of ice cream under a tree there. I'll miss those times. Condolences to his family. Wayne Somers”
