He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman McDougall and Margaret McDougall (Keith); his parents-in-law, Harry and Harriet Snell (McCall); and his brother-in-law Harris Snell.
He is survived by: his wife Heather; his children, Kendra Ann Webster (Brian) and Matthew McDougall (Lisa); his grandchildren, Aubrey, Amelia, Watson Webster, Tessa and Taya McDougall; his sisters, Marie Caldwell (Alan) and Lorna Vincent (Bill); and his sister-in-law Brenda Snell.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Huron Fish and Game Club (278 Alma St, Clinton, ON N0M1L0).
As expressions of sympathy memorial donations to One Care, or Alzheimer's Huron Perth, or the charity of one's choice (donations payable by cheque) would be appreciated.
