He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Dalton and Patricia Dalton; his brother Clete; and his brothers-in-law, Jim and Ken.

He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Dalton (Betty-Lou); his children, Michael (Heather), Shannon (Bill), Frederick (Liz), Patricia (Trevor), Joseph and Elizabeth (Blair); his grandchildren, Marshall, Ethan, Jacob, Lucas (Chantelle), Emma (Rick), Maggie (John), Sarah, Jack and Joe; his great grandchildren, John, Elaine and Autumn; his siblings, Terry (Anne), Dan (Marilyn) and Kathleen; his sibling-in-law Marylouise; and his nephew Vassella.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Wingham District Hospital or the London Kidney Care Centre would be greatly appreciated.
