She was predeceased by : her parents, Webster Jacklin and Eva Jacklin (McCreery); her sisters, Nora Kaufman and Doreen (Gordon Rintoul); her nephews, Dick Curran, Gary Rintoul, Leroy Rintoul and Brian Rintoul; and her parents-in-law, Robert and Hazel Purdon (Anderson).

She is survived by : her husband Archie Purdon; her children, Kathy, John Scheeringa of Elmira, Lorie, Kevin Falconer of Blyth, Kendra Purdon and Bruce Cluney of Aurora; her grandchildren, Megan Scheeringa, Devan, Nicole Scheeringa, Jacklin Falconer, Ken McDonald, Orie Falconer, Corine Falconer, Brendan Regier, Lauren, Rachel and Kaitlin Cluney; her great grandchildren, Miles McDonald, Madison Scheeringa and Blaire Scheeringa; her sister Maxine Jacklin; and her granddaughter Mildred. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Heart & Stroke Foundation, St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Wingham or Huron Hospice would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
