He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Durnin and Dorothy Durnin; his parents-in-law, Vincent and Idell Austin; his sister Pauline Vanstone; and his daughter-in-law Kim Edward.
He is survived by: his wife Audrey Durnin (Austin); his children, Shawn (April Campbell), Darrell (Christel Carlson) and Lisa Durnin-Raidt (Rob); his grandchildren, Jordyn (Justine), Keira, Sydney (Jackson), Livia and Kassandra; his great grandchildren, Kiara, Gemma and Aria; his pet Coco; his brother-in-law George Vanstone; his siblings, Sue Farrish (Jim), Joyce Baer (Bryan) and Jim Durnin (Bonnie); his in-laws, Kevin Austin (Carolyn), Lynn Million (Larry), Michele Rourke (Bob), Barry Austin (Kathy) and Marlowe Austin (Debbie); Bethany Robson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Goderich Legion Branch 109 and the Goderich Kinettes are appreciated by the family.
