He was predeceased by: his wife Fran; his parents, Walter'Baldy' and Bernice'Ede'Doak of Goderich; his brother Gary Doak of Boston; and his brother-in-law Bob Hanson of London.
He is survived by: his son Jeff Doak; his sister Sue Doak-Hanson of London; and his siblings-in-law, Judy Doak of Boston, Ike Bottema (Brenda), Keith Bottema (Lorraine) and Betty Slowinski (Don). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Haskett Funeral Home (11 Cambria Rd N, Goderich, ON N7A 2N8).
