He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Burrell and Dorothy Burrell; and his sister Cindy Brindley. He is survived by: his children, Ilyssa, Justin Rivers and Sam Burrell; his grandchildren, Wilder and Charlie; his girlfriend Heather Uttley; his girlfriend's children, Curtis and Cassidy; and his siblings, Kathy, Terry Benninger, Jane and Ron Terwoord. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews.
