He was predeceased by: his wife Gertrude; and his children, Denis and Cécile Jr. He is survived by: his children, Ralph (Liz) of London, Angèle Petitclerc (John) of Tillsonburg, Marc (Marylène) of Timmins, Gilles (Désirée) of Gogama, Diane Jacques (Dan) of Gogama and Laurent Jr. of Gogama; his grandchildren, Thomas (Paula), Shawn (Mel), Sandra (Julian), Mathew and Eric; his great grandchildren, Odin and Emmett; his siblings, Beatrice Mantha (Eldon), Marie Spears and Cécile Charbonneau; and his sisters-in-law, Doreen Charbonneau, Violette Charbonneau and Sue Charbonneau. He is also survived by many godchildren, nieces, nephews.

Remembrance donations to Notre-Dame-du- Rosaire Church in Gogama would be greatly appreciated.
