She was predeceased by : her husband George Pickard; her parents, Hughie McArthur and Gertrude McArthur (Lewis); and her siblings, Arden, Gladys, Verdon, Leona, Lewis, Emmerson and Nelda.

She is survived by : her grandchildren, Mike (Kelly), Wendy (Steve), Patti, Jason (Sarah), Diane (late Oliver), Connie (Steve) and Sherry (Dan); and her great grandchildren, Kyle Jack (Tessa), Kate, Mathew, Carly (Tristan), Shelby, Chase, Christian, Aiden and Marshall.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 14th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Simpson Funeral Home (3 McQuarrie Blvd, Gore Bay, ON P0P1H0). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
