She was predeceased by: her husband Melville Smith; and her son William Smith. She is survived by: her daughters, Joann Woods (late Bill) and Melody Clark (Jim). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made in Pat's honour to Pet Save Manitoulin or the St. Joseph's Lodge as an expression of sympathy.
