He is survived by: his children, James "Jim" Cook (late Darlene) and Cynthia "Cindy" Bloemsma (Allan); his grandchildren, Sean Cook (Natalie), Alicia Levesque (Matthew) and Sierra Bloemsma; his sister-in-law Velma Wright (late Harry); his nieces and nephews, Brenda Dion (Mark) and Terry Wright (Cindy); his cousins, Mary Jean Muir, Catherine Balbaa and McQuarries; and his friends, Mary Lou Emery, Paul, Dawn Rowe, John, Mary Malkki, Bea Martin, Laurie and Rick Campbell.
