We are sad to announce that on July 26, 2025, at the age of 91, Amarjit Kaur Grewal (Gormley, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Amarjit farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Amarjit is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bachan Singh Gurm and Bachint Kaur; her spouse Gopal Singh Grewal; her parents-in-law, Sant Singh Grewal and Dalip Kaur Grewal; her children, Nain (Jagat), Jag (Rano) and Mandy (Geoff); and her grandchildren, Kabir, Geneva, Junee, Tyler and Samaira.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the North Toronto Crematorium Inc. (2 Stalwart Industrial Dr, Gormley, ON L0H 1G0).
