It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bill Ropp of Gorrie, Ontario, who passed away on July 13, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Bill has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He was predeceased by: his wife Lynne Ropp (McCreight); his son-in-law Chad Reis; and his sister Ruth. He is survived by: his children, Deena Reis-Binne (Scott) of Kelowna, BC and Brady Ropp (Stephanie) of Gorrie, Ontario.; and his grandchildren, Anabelle Ropp, Oliver Ropp and Libby Reis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Brenneman Funeral Home (141 John St, Atwood, ON N0G1B0). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
