He was predeceased by : his parents, Emerson Weber and Elizabeth Weber (Frey); his parents-in-law, Harry and Audrey Moorcroft; and his sister-in-law Linda Moorcroft.

He is survived by : his wife Donna Weber (Moorcroft); his children, Jamie Weber, Annette and Jonathan Eby; his grandchildren, Katrina, Eliora and Isaiah Eby; his siblings, Nelson (Viola Weber), Noah (Pauline Weber), Miriam Weber and Mary (Jack Gault); and his siblings-in-law, Margaret, Roger Easton, Rodney, Joyce, Robert Mansfield, Alan and Sheila Moorcroft.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Ethnos Canada or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.

“We were shocked to hear of Owen’s passing so soon after we had seen him early February at Jesse/Dad’s funeral. Owen and Jesse were friends both professionally and personally starting back in 1968.
