He was predeceased by: his stepdaughter Mary Lynn Bjornaa; and his grandfathers, Clifford Phillips (Edna) and Bob Young (Reava). He is survived by: his wife Ginette Phillips; his daughter Jennifer Ann Phillips; his parents, Linda Phillips and Nial Phillips; his close friend Joe (Nicole); his brother Davey; his nieces and nephews, Tyler, Asia, Cally and Olivia; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Luke and Baily.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 2771 ON-17, Goulais River, ON P0S1J0.
