We announce the death of Sharon Katherine Barnard of Graham, Ontario, who passed away on September 16, 2026, at the age of 86. Sharon will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Anderson and Eileen Anderson; her brothers, Jerry, Doug, Bruce and Allan Anderson; and her brothers-in-law, Merle Barnard and Johnny Cordick.
She is survived by: her husband Graham; her children, Leanne and Paul; her grandchildren, Chris (Cheyenne), Kachina (Will), Makoto (Katie) and Stevie; her siblings, Reenee Cordick, Jack Anderson (Margo), Elaine Anderson, Jan McFadden (Roy), Sandi Montgomery (Brian), Lynne Wight (Steve) and Lisa Vickers (Tom); her sisters-in-law, Sharon Stead and Barb Gottdank (Larry Petticrew); and her family Stanleyville. She is also survived by nephews, extended family, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Blair & Son Funeral Home (17 Gore St W, Perth, ON K7H2L7). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Bridget's Church (869 Stanley Rd, Tay Valley, ON K0G1K0). A burial will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at the St. Bridget's Cemetery (971 Stanley Rd, Perth, ON K7H3C5).
