She was predeceased by: her son John (Harriet); her former husband Hendricus Vander Burgt (Henry); and her grandson James Henry Vander Burgt. She is survived by: her husband Fred Willert; her children, Peter (Cindy), Leo (Heather), Ed (Gloria), Joanne (Gary) and Henry (Alicia); her grandchildren, Natalie (Pete), Nicholas (Megan), Josh (Danielle), Katie, Kendra (Matt), Keri-Ann (Brett), Adam (Samantha), Andrea (Boston), Jessica, Ryan (Melissa), Ariane (Jeremy) and Dylaina (Brodie) of Aidan, KC; and her sons, Dennis, Gary (Cecile), Rod (Chris) and Mark (Linda). She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren, several grandchildren as well as great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, May 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home (118 Dashwood Main St, Dashwood, ON N0M 1N0). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, May 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Roman Catholic Church (337 Ontario St S, Grand Bend, ON N0M1T0).
