He was predeceased by: his daughter Tanya; and his brother Brian (Lynn). He is survived by: his wife Sherry Lee Soules; his son Justin; his granddaughters, Samantha and Olivia; and his sisters, Deanna (Norm), Elinor (late Ray), Margo (Peter), Yvonne (Wayne) and Heather (Mike).
