He was predeceased by: his spouse Catherine "Cathie" Westman (Willmore); and his brothers, Ron Westman and Ken Westman. He is survived by: his children, Charles Kevan-Westman, Paula Kevan-Westman of Novi, Michigan, Dave and Kelly Westman of London; his grandchildren, Victoria of Jessica, Mynta, Carly, Maxwell and Cameron; and his great grandchildren, Landyn, Bradley, Mackenzi, Jackson and Jacob.
