He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Linda "Lammie"; his children, Anita, Jake Bouwman, Jack, Marieke Vanderee, Marilyn, Fred, Pilon, Nicole Vanderee, Sonya and Norm Kampen; his siblings, Nel, Jake, Vandergaag, Betty and Doug Selders; and his siblings-in-law, Kees, Van Deijk, Lieny, Willem, Schuurman, Bertha, Jan, Haveman, Ans, Bert, Jane Bultje, George, VanAndel, Albert, Grace Bultje, Keith, Alberdien, Louwerse, Phil Bultje and Sharon Neil-Bultje. He was also cherished by 30 grandchildren and 47 great-grandchildren.
