With sadness, we share the passing of David Loughlen Smith (Gravenhurst, Ontario). David, born on December 1, 1932 in West Chester, Pennsylvania, passed away on July 7, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Family, friends, and acquaintances remember David for his warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. He was predeceased by: his sister Beverly. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne; his children, Kelly (Greg) and Mark (Isabelle); his grandchildren, Allegra, Ariane and Xavier; and his siblings, Jim (Lisa) and Susie (Peter).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Hahne Hall (16 Hedgewood Ln, Gravenhurst, ON P1P1R2).
