She was predeceased by: her husband Leonard Stothers; her son Micheal Stothers; her parents, Richard Smith and Margarete Smith; and her siblings, Pansy Wong, Earl Smith and David Smith.

She is survived by: her children, Shelly Stothers (Mike) and Keith Stothers Crissy; her grandchildren, Kristin Miscio, Justin Stothers, Josh Stothers and Renee Stothers; and her siblings, Vivian Schell (Norval), Kenny Smith, Doug Smith (Pierrette), Richard Smith (Marion) and Bernice Jones.
