He is survived by: his father John Maynard Sr.; his nephew Brett; his niece Jacquie; his cousins, Ron (Cathy), Andrew (Leona), Chris, Martina (Kevin), Ryan, Justin, Donna and Michelle; his aunt Mary (Steve); his uncle Eddie (Ellie); and his friend Ron Knifton.
