Mary Catherine will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honour Mary Catherine by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Mary Catherine is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Mary Catherine’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Catherine Annie Ruth Miller and Roy Warren Banbury; her brother Allan Banbury; her uncles, Roy and Bob Miller; her husband Richard Brittain; and her daughters, Barb (Andy), Gwen (Cristian) and Beth.
Mary and her team of over 50 staff provided exceptional care and services to many in the Muskoka area, some of her 'sweet people' as she referred to them, had Alzheimer's.
