He is survived by: his significant other Daniella Martin; his children, Chris (Teresa), Leslie (Steve), Mike and Sarah (Lee); his grandchildren, Matthew, Kurtis, Lizzie, Luke, Avery, Ryan and Everlee; and his caregiver House.
