It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Allen Bentley (Grimsby, Ontario), born in Vancouver, British Columbia, who passed away on November 14, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Burton Bentley and Mildred Bentley (Allen); his former life partner Helen Bentley (Cleary); his daughter Sarah Bentley; and his brother John Bentley.

He is survived by : his wife Jeanne Bentley (Geldart); his sons, Daniel (Debbie), Adam (Ann) and Benjamin (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Rebecca, Kathleen, Elliot, Eric and Lauren; his sister Elizabeth Heim; his niece Patricia; his nephews, Patrick and Matt; and his parents-in-law, Patsy, Steve and Jane Murray. He is also survived by extended family members, friends.
